Using the damaged sewer line as a conduit, a cone-shaped installation head with the new pipe attached is inserted through the old pipe to clear the path. As it passes through it pulls in the replacement pipe. After installation is complete it is connected to the older existing system and the pipe is code approved, root and leak proof, and chemical and acid resistant.
