Let me tell you folks what I went through last night after I came home from a party I walked in my bathroom and saw the bathtub and toilet overflowing with black water so I immediately went online and found a company this company was express plumbing and router the girl on the phone was really really friendly and nice she assured me that my problem will be solved and I should have no worries the technician will be arriving in 60 to 90 minutes she told me well that was true because he was here in 45 minutes The technician came and unclog the drain for only amazing $55 when he came in to my house he was wearing booties so he said would not dirty my carpet that's a plus because I have white carpets in my house I would really recommend this company to my family and friends and whoever has a plumbing problem thank you express plumbing and rooter.
Lifesavers! I had a problem and needed someone to come down as soon as possible. They came and checked out the problem within the hour. They explained everything that had happened and fixed it so quick before all my guests had arrived! It was such a last minute problem and Im so glad Express was able to come fix the situation for such an amazing price!!

Left a review a few days ago on Yelp. Not sure what happened with the other review experiences here but my experience was great. They were very professional. I went there discussed my plumbing needs and they explained all the charges. Made an appointment and they came and fixed my plumbing. The whole thing went smoothly and I recommend them!
I called on a Sunday morning, customer service was quick and fast they told me that someone would be out within the hour. About less than an hour later Sam the tech showed up at my front door. He was super knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding the work that needed to be done. Sam checked under the house, every sink, toilet and shower to locate the problem and all with a smile. He gave helpful hints about how we can keep our drains clean, top line products to use, etc. Also, my puppy enjoyed a few runs with Sam once he completed the job. Thank you so much for making this crazy pluming issue a great experience. I normally don't like that akward feeling when people are in my house that I don't know, but this tech was super friendly and outgoing which made it easy for me. I give EXPRESS PLUMBING & ROOTER a 5 stars for exceptional service.
Express Plumbing and Rooter is very professional and honest. My brother was in urgent need of a plumber. Arman the technician gave us a quote over the phone for the amount the job would be. My brother was fully satisfied with the amount paid and work done on his pluming! FYI the issue has not returned meaning the job was done correctly. With this being said yes the amount was more then what we expected. Yes, we did call a few other places for quotes. No, we did not find a better quote or service. I personally think these other reviews are bogus. The price you are quoted over the phone applies to what you tell them is the problem over the phone. They are professional plumbers not psychics!
I am so pleased with the great job express plumbing did for us. We were having a toilet back up in our house and we had visitors from out of town. Every company we called gave us super late time frames, Express plumbing got to our property in 30 minutes and they were done with the job way before my visitors arrived. The pricing was very reasonable, the tech was experienced and professional. LOVED the service we recieved they made it so easy for us to deal with the situation. Customer service called us to follow up and make sure we were happy with the services. Our toilet is running perfectly and we have not had any issues since they cleared our line.I recommend Express plumbing to all my family and friends! Great and honest company to work with.
Fast and reliable even on a Sunday. We talked on the phone at 8 pm on Saturday and we planned on Sunday at 2 pm. They arrived on time and got to work. In the past i tried to different plumbing companies, I wasn't happy. My neighbor recommended me Express plumbing & rooter. I used them for this difficult job & they did very proffesional job. i will call them again & for sure will recommend to my friends & family.
After researching plumbing companies and talking to customer service, we chose Express Plumbing & Rooter with Andres Velasquez arriving within an hour of our call. Equipment was clean and service was prompt. Using a camera, a broken pipe and large tree roots were the reason the sewer backed up. The crew was efficient and we were pleased and satisfied with Andre's service and demeanor. A new pipe was placed clear to the city pipe. We are back in business and would recommend Andres and this company.
My house seems to know that it is being sold. Everything that can fall apart is doing so now. The latest crises was a leaking kitchen faucet. I called Express Plumbing, my go-to plumber. Alex, who has helped me in the past of other jobs, was the technician. As usual, I was called an hour before his expected timeframe and told when to expect him. He was on time, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, competent. Both the company and Alex are great: same-day service, pricing given upfront, and the job is fixed. Very pleasant experience.
I had a washing machine drain backing up. I called late in the evening and set up an appointment for the next day. Alex arrived right on time. He was clean and courteous and most importantly got my drain cleared quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
